New integration with QTech Games enables seamless omnichannel experience, streamlining retail management while giving players unified access across shops and digital platforms.
Soccabet has officially launched QTech Games’ retail-focused solution, QTech Hybrid, across its nationwide network in Ghana, following the successful completion of a new technical integration between the two companies. The move marks a significant step in strengthening Soccabet’s omnichannel strategy by linking its land-based betting outlets with its growing online presence through a single, unified technology platform.
QTech Hybrid is an advanced software solution designed to bridge the gap between retail and digital betting environments. The platform connects QTech Games’ extensive casino content lobby with a comprehensive retail management system and an integrated Agent Management System (AMS). This allows operators to monitor and control shop performance, agent activity, player accounts and transactions from one centralized back-office interface.
For players, the system delivers a seamless cross-channel experience. Customers can register a single account and use it both in physical betting shops and on their personal mobile devices. Funds can be deposited or withdrawn either in-store or digitally, enabling users to move effortlessly between retail and online channels without the need to maintain separate wallets or profiles. This flexibility is expected to enhance convenience, increase engagement and support responsible play through consistent account tracking.
From an operational perspective, QTech Hybrid is built to run on standard computers and tablets rather than specialized betting terminals. This significantly reduces hardware costs and simplifies deployment, making it well suited for Ghana’s diverse retail landscape, including betting shops, kiosks and hospitality venues. The system also supports rapid scaling, allowing operators to expand their footprint without heavy infrastructure investment.
The integration comes as QTech Games continues to broaden its content and technology offering in Africa. Earlier this year, the supplier added the 1Spin4Win catalogue to its aggregation platform, further enriching the portfolio available to partners such as Soccabet.
Ekaterina Mayorova, Head of Region for Africa at QTech Games, described the partnership as a milestone for the company’s regional strategy, noting that Soccabet’s strong brand recognition and nationwide reach make it an ideal partner for rolling out advanced retail and digital convergence solutions.
Soccabet’s Managing Director, Imad Hawwach, emphasized the company’s commitment to combining world-class technology with local market understanding, stating that the integration reflects its ambition to deliver a modern, culturally aligned betting experience for Ghanaian customers.
The deployment of QTech Hybrid positions Soccabet at the forefront of retail-to-digital convergence in Ghana, setting a benchmark for how operators can leverage technology to unify operations, improve customer journeys and support sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive gaming market.
