QTech Hybrid is an advanced software solution designed to bridge the gap between retail and digital betting environments. The platform connects QTech Games’ extensive casino content lobby with a comprehensive retail management system and an integrated Agent Management System (AMS). This allows operators to monitor and control shop performance, agent activity, player accounts and transactions from one centralized back-office interface.
For players, the system delivers a seamless cross-channel experience. Customers can register a single account and use it both in physical betting shops and on their personal mobile devices.
