New deal boosts player engagement and regulated monetisation for operators
Pragmatic Solutions has significantly expanded the capabilities of its Player Account Management (PAM) platform by completing an integration with jackpot-focused technology provider ThrillTech. The move allows licensed operators to access player-funded jackpot features via a seamless backend integration—offering new ways to increase engagement and drive incremental revenue.
This partnership enables the rollout of ThrillTech’s flagship products, ThrillPots and ThrillDrops, across all operators using the Pragmatic Solutions platform. These tools add gamified jackpot mechanics through side bet contributions, structured to maintain full regulatory compliance in licensed markets.
Jackpot Tools Designed for Revenue and Retention
ThrillPots allows operators to generate ongoing jackpot revenue from player-funded side bets. It runs in parallel to the main game experience, giving players an extra reason to engage without interrupting core gameplay.
Meanwhile, ThrillDrops serves as a real-time cash reward engine, governed by predefined rules. Operators can tailor these rewards to suit promotional schedules, player segments, or compliance requirements—creating opportunities for flash engagement events and recurring promotions.
“Partnering with Pragmatic Solutions gives us the opportunity to bring our jackpot-first technology to a broader network of licensed operators,” said Faye Williams, Head of Business Development at ThrillTech. “Our side bet mechanics are designed to deliver measurable revenue gains while meeting strict regulatory standards.”
Strategic Growth After QuinnBet Migration
This integration follows Pragmatic’s March 2025 migration deal with QuinnBet, which saw the UK and Ireland-focused sportsbook move its operations to the Pragmatic PAM platform. That agreement underscored the provider’s commitment to flexible architecture and compliance-oriented tools.
With ThrillTech’s regulated mechanics now live across the platform, Pragmatic Solutions further strengthens its value proposition for casino and sportsbook operators looking to integrate customisable jackpot systems without sacrificing control or compliance.
Dean Peters-Wright, Director of Product at Pragmatic Solutions, said:
“ThrillTech brings a unique and regulated approach to jackpot deployment that complements our open platform strategy. It empowers operators to engage players more deeply while maintaining full visibility and control.”
Now Live Across Licensed Markets
The integrated jackpot solution is now fully available to Pragmatic Solutions’ global client base, with support for tailoring to regional regulatory requirements. As player-funded jackpot models continue to gain traction—especially in European and LatAm markets—this collaboration positions both firms to capitalise on rising demand for engagement-first game mechanics backed by transparent infrastructure.
Operators seeking new retention and revenue levers will likely see this integration as a timely and competitive addition to the broader PAM ecosystem.
