Hellerøe and Radunovic step into top roles as company enters new growth phase
Gentoo Media has promoted two of its long-serving team members to senior leadership positions, reinforcing its commitment to stability and forward-thinking leadership during a period of structural transition. Micha Leth Hellerøe has been appointed Chief People Officer, while Dijana Radunovic has been named Senior Director of Sales, effective immediately.
Cultural Strategy at the Core of Executive Elevation
The promotion of Micha Leth Hellerøe marks a significant evolution in Gentoo Media’s internal priorities. With a tenure at the company dating back to 2017, Hellerøe has been instrumental in shaping its human capital policies, steering initiatives in talent development, organisational design, and leadership capacity-building.
In her new role, she joins the executive team and will be tasked with aligning workplace culture with business expansion goals. Her strategic focus is set to include consistency across departments, employee engagement, and cultural integrity, all seen as foundational pillars for Gentoo Media’s next growth phase.
CEO Jonas Warrer praised the appointment, noting that “true leadership lies not just in titles, but in the clarity of purpose and the ability to influence from within.” Hellerøe’s promotion signals the company’s intention to lean into people-first leadership as a mechanism for long-term competitive advantage.
Global Sales to be Revitalised Under Radunovic
Dijana Radunovic’s new role as Senior Director of Sales signals Gentoo’s sharpened focus on commercial scalability. Formerly General Manager at AskGamblers, one of the company’s flagship iGaming platforms, Radunovic brings deep sector knowledge and a track record in high-performance sales environments.
Her appointment comes with a mandate to redesign the global sales framework, focusing on sustainable revenue growth, cross-regional synergies, and partner ecosystem development. The company expects her leadership to unlock stronger value alignment between brands and affiliates across key international markets.
Reinvention Through Internal Talent
The promotions are part of a broader leadership reshuffle following Gentoo Media’s recent separation from its parent organisation. With former C-level executives having exited the company, these appointments reflect Gentoo’s strategic decision to rely on proven internal leaders who possess both institutional memory and the capability to drive change.
Both Hellerøe and Radunovic have earned reputations internally as collaborative, data-informed, and impact-focused leaders, well-suited to navigating a competitive and rapidly evolving iGaming landscape.
As Gentoo Media continues to realign its business objectives, these promotions send a clear message: future growth will be built on a foundation of internal excellence and a unified, purpose-driven leadership ethos.
