Industry veteran to lead commercial growth, partnerships, and platform rollout as demand accelerates across key Latin American markets.
EveryMatrix has strengthened its leadership team in the Americas with the appointment of Matias Montero as Managing Director for Latin America, marking a strategic move to accelerate the supplier’s expansion across one of the world’s fastest-growing iGaming regions.
Based in Buenos Aires, Montero will be responsible for establishing and scaling a regional operational hub while driving commercial development across key Latin American jurisdictions. Reporting directly to Daniel Clark, Group Commercial Director at EveryMatrix, his remit includes expanding the company’s footprint, strengthening relationships with local operators and partners, and deploying the group’s turnkey platform solutions to meet increasing market demand.
Montero brings more than 20 years of experience in the gaming and technology sectors, with a strong track record in both operational leadership and revenue growth. Prior to joining EveryMatrix, he spent over five years at Vibra Gaming, where he held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. As part of the company’s founding management team, he played a central role in transforming Vibra into a recognised regional supplier, expanding its geographic reach, building a proprietary games portfolio, and launching a solutions division that delivered customised platform technology for local operators.
Commenting on the appointment, Clark emphasised the importance of local expertise in executing EveryMatrix’s growth strategy in Latin America. He noted that the company’s market-entry and expansion model is built around recruiting experienced regional leaders who understand regulatory landscapes, commercial dynamics, and cultural nuances.
“Our approach to market building always starts with engaging the industry’s best and brightest local talent,” Clark said. “With Matias’s experience, network, and deep regional knowledge, we are confident he will rapidly scale our turnkey platform offering in territories that are central to our long-term strategy.”
Montero said his move comes at a time when the Latin American iGaming sector is entering a new phase of maturity, driven by increasing player adoption, regulatory reform, and intensifying competition from both domestic and international brands. He highlighted that operators are under pressure to grow quickly while also delivering more sophisticated, engaging, and responsible player experiences.
“This is precisely where EveryMatrix adds value,” Montero stated. “Its proven turnkey platform technology enables operators to scale efficiently, meet regulatory requirements, and differentiate their products in increasingly competitive markets.”
EveryMatrix’s recent investments in AI-driven player support and responsible gaming tools are also expected to play a key role in its regional strategy, helping partners enhance engagement while meeting evolving compliance and sustainability expectations across Latin America.
