KC Gaming Networks Limited, operator of the Bet9ja brand, has released an official statement addressing the recent closure of its retail outlets across Enugu State. The company’s response follows enforcement actions carried out by the Enugu State Gaming and Lotto Commission, which ordered the sealing of Bet9ja shops pursuant to a High Court directive.
In its clarification, the operator sought to reassure stakeholders, including agents and customers, that it remains committed to regulatory compliance and lawful operations.

The closures were executed following an ex-parte order granted by the High Court of Enugu State, authorising the regulator to restrict access to Bet9ja’s gaming premises pending further legal proceedings.
