Lottery operator outlines a growth-focused roadmap centered on national coverage, digital innovation, and distributor performance
National Coverage Becomes a Strategic Priority
The Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has reaffirmed its commitment to expanding its presence across the country, placing national coverage at the heart of its long-term growth strategy. This renewed focus was unveiled during a strategic meeting held on February 4, 2026, at the Cap Sud Shopping Center in Marcory, under the theme “Acceleration 1.0.” The event brought together members of LONACI’s management team and its distribution network to align on the company’s future direction.
Addressing participants, Director General Dramane Coulibaly emphasised that improving accessibility to LONACI’s services nationwide is no longer optional but essential. He noted that broader coverage will allow the operator to better serve customers, strengthen market penetration, and reinforce its role within Côte d’Ivoire’s regulated gaming sector.
Strengthening Distribution and Commercial Structures
To support its expansion ambitions, LONACI plans to reinforce its distribution and commercial frameworks. Key measures include the rollout of a structured loyalty and incentive programme, the introduction of a clear and transparent commission model, and improved support for sales agents and partners. These initiatives are designed to create a more motivated and performance-oriented distribution ecosystem.
According to management, strengthening these structures will also help standardise service quality across regions, ensuring players receive a consistent experience regardless of location.
Digital Transformation at the Core of Growth
Digitalisation remains a cornerstone of LONACI’s strategy. The company is continuing to modernise its internal processes and customer-facing tools to improve efficiency and transparency. By leveraging digital solutions, LONACI aims to streamline operations, enhance data visibility, and support smarter decision-making across its network.
These digital efforts are expected to play a key role in supporting expansion, particularly in regions where physical infrastructure may be limited.
Lonaci Win+ Enhances Partner Engagement
A major highlight of the event was the launch of Lonaci Win+, a fully digital loyalty programme developed for distributors and sales agents. The platform introduces performance-based incentives, allowing partners to track results more effectively while benefiting from rewards linked to productivity and engagement.
Pierre Alain Kouassi, Director of Sales and Network Management, stressed that the programme is designed to professionalise the sales network and deepen collaboration. He encouraged partners to actively engage with the platform and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
A Collaborative Path Forward
LONACI’s leadership concluded by highlighting the importance of trust, commitment, and collaboration with its distribution partners. With a clear focus on national expansion, digital innovation, and partner empowerment, LONACI is positioning itself to deliver sustainable growth and improved access to lottery services across Côte d’Ivoire.
