Landmark collaboration strengthens London’s position as a premier iGaming networking hub
The Hippodrome Casino in London has announced a strategic partnership with iGB L!VE to host international gaming delegates and exhibitors during the upcoming WorldGaming/iGaming Week. The collaboration is designed to enhance the visitor experience by combining high-level industry networking with premium entertainment and hospitality in one of the UK’s most iconic leisure destinations.
The initiative further reinforces London’s standing as a global centre for gaming, betting, and digital entertainment, while positioning the Hippodrome Casino as a key social and business hub during one of the industry’s most important annual gatherings.
Exclusive hospitality and delegate benefits
As part of the partnership, all registered iGB L!VE delegates and exhibitors will be granted access to a range of exclusive hospitality perks at the Hippodrome Casino. These include a 25% discount on food and beverages across selected bars and restaurants within the venue during the official event period, scheduled for 1–2 July. Attendees will simply need to present their event badge to redeem the offer.
In addition to discounted dining, guests will also benefit from a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, as well as curated hospitality experiences designed to encourage informal networking between operators, affiliates, suppliers, and technology providers. The venue is also offering flexible private and semi-private booking options for business meetings and corporate gatherings throughout the event.
A multi-level entertainment destination in the heart of London
Located in Leicester Square in the West End, the Hippodrome Casino is widely regarded as one of the UK’s largest and most diverse entertainment venues. Spanning multiple floors, the complex combines casino gaming, dining, live entertainment, and sports viewing under one roof.
The venue features three dedicated casino floors, London’s largest poker room, and ten fully serviced bars. Its culinary offerings include award-winning restaurants such as Heliot Steak House and Chop Chop, alongside the exclusive cocktail space Archive & Myth. Guests can also enjoy rooftop views from “The Gods” terrace, as well as live entertainment experiences including Magic Mike Live and Paddy’s Sportsbook, which features multiple HD screens for sports viewing.
This combination of gaming, hospitality, and entertainment makes the Hippodrome a natural fit for hosting international delegates seeking both business engagement and leisure experiences during the event.
Industry leaders highlight collaboration value
Simon Thomas, Executive Chairman of the Hippodrome Casino, welcomed the partnership and highlighted the venue’s role in supporting major international industry events. He emphasized that hosting iGB L!VE delegates aligns with the Hippodrome’s vision of creating a world-class environment for both entertainment and professional networking in central London.
From the organiser’s perspective, Stuart Hunter, Managing Director of WorldGaming (formerly Clarion Gaming), described the collaboration as a continuation of a strong and longstanding relationship between iGB events and the Hippodrome Casino. He noted that the venue has consistently served as a central networking point for the global gaming community and will once again play a key role during iGB L!VE alongside other London-based event activations.
Strengthening global industry connections
iGB L!VE forms part of the wider London iGaming Week, which brings together operators, affiliates, suppliers, and technology innovators from across the global gaming ecosystem. The event focuses on knowledge exchange, business development, and strategic partnerships, while providing a platform for showcasing emerging technologies and market trends.
With thousands of delegates expected to attend, the collaboration between Hippodrome Casino and iGB L!VE is set to enhance the overall event experience by combining structured business engagement with high-end hospitality and entertainment in the heart of London’s West End.
