Your Mission: As a Regional Director, you’ll take full ownership of building and scaling local operations. This is a high-impact leadership role with strategic and operational responsibility.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and manage a regional office from the ground up
Recruit, build, and lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Retention, etc.)
Develop and execute tailored market-entry and growth strategies
Oversee customer acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals
Collaborate closely with global teams to maintain operational consistency and excellence
About You: Proven experience in sales, business development, or regional operations
A strategic thinker with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute
Skilled in team leadership, performance management, and market expansion
Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural, and remote environments
Strong communicator with fluency in English (local languages a plus)
