What You’ll Do: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring trust, loyalty, and satisfaction
Monitor and analyze VIP player behavior and prepare detailed activity reports
Provide timely and efficient support, resolving any client concerns with a personal touch
Collaborate with marketing to create custom promotions, bonuses, and exclusive offers for VIPs
Continuously enhance the VIP experience with proactive service and tailored solutions
What You Bring: Experience in managing and nurturing VIP or high-net-worth clients, preferably in iGaming
Deep passion for sports — you know the rules, major tournaments, and top teams
Familiarity with bookmaker terminology and betting platforms (a strong plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship-building abilities
Fluent Turkish (native level); English is a plus
