🤝 Manage relationships: Keep affiliates engaged, supported, and delivering performance

📊 Drive growth: Track and hit key KPIs — FTDs, deposits, and gross gaming revenue

⚙️ Optimize performance: Analyze data, reduce fraud, and scale what works

✅ Requirements 📍 Based in Iran or Turkey (locals only)

🗣 Native speaker of Farsi or Turkish, with English proficiency

🎯 Strong communication & negotiation skills

🎰 iGaming experience is a major plus

💼 Self-starter with a network or affiliate connections is highly preferred

💸 What You Get 💰 Monthly salary: Up to $1,500

🔥 After probation: 5% of NGR if KPIs are hit
