Full-Time | Remote | High-Risk Payment Environment

We’re expanding our global operations and looking for a Payments Manager based in India to join our international team. This is a remote position within a high-risk payment services environment, ideal for candidates with experience in PSP integrations, fraud prevention, and payment operations.

What You’ll Be Doing: Build and manage partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and alternative payment platforms

Negotiate competitive terms — transaction fees, approval rates, and service-level agreements

Monitor for fraud and chargeback risks, ensuring compliance with anti-fraud protocols

Research emerging payment technologies, market trends, and regulatory updates

Analyze system requirements and propose new payment solutions

Keep internal payment databases up-to-date and accurate

Take ownership of end-to-end payment operations, including process setup and optimization

Requirements: Proven experience in PSP management or payment operations

Familiarity with high-risk industries and payment ecosystems

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

Must be based in India and eligible to work locally

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Compensation: Salary: Up to $2,000/month (based on experience)
