📌 Project: WinWin Hiring Now: Local Affiliate Managers – Bangladesh & Sri Lanka

We’re scaling up our operations and are actively seeking local affiliate managers with deep market knowledge in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka to join the WinWin project.

💼 Your Key Responsibilities: As an Affiliate Manager, your main objective will be to grow and manage a network of affiliate partners in your local market. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance and increasing traffic and revenue for our iGaming platforms.

🔍 Identify and onboard new affiliates through RevShare partnerships

🤝 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates

📊 Monitor affiliate KPIs including FTDs (First-Time Deposits), Deposit Volumes, and Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)

📈 Regularly analyze traffic and performance to optimize results and reduce churn

🛠 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, payments) to support affiliate needs and campaigns

🌍 Position Details: 📍 Location: Remote – must be based in Bangladesh or Sri Lanka

🗣 Languages: Must be fluent in Bengali or Sinhalese, with strong English communication skills

💸 Salary: Up to $500/month during the probation period

✅ After probation: Earn 1% of Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) based on KPI performance

💰 Payment Method: Crypto only (Bitcoin, USDT, etc.)

⏱️ Employment Type: Full-time, flexible hours

🔑 What We’re Looking For: Experience in affiliate marketing or digital sales (iGaming experience is a plus)

Self-motivated and performance-oriented professional

Strong negotiation and communication skills
