We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead new customer acquisition efforts in India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. Your Responsibilities:
Source and onboard new affiliate partners across India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan
Build and maintain strong, daily communication with affiliates
Achieve monthly KPI targets for FTDs and ROI
Negotiate contracts, deal terms, and insertion orders (IOs)
Monitor affiliate activity and provide regular performance updates
Analyze market trends to uncover growth opportunities and optimize partner strategy
Handle conflict resolution, provide ongoing support, and manage partner success
Oversee financial reconciliations, security checks, and accounting for your affiliate portfolio
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, ideally in iGaming or related verticals
Solid understanding of the South Asian digital landscape and affiliate models (CPA, Hybrid, RevShare)
Fluent in English (B2+) — strong written and verbal communication skills
Existing network of affiliate partners (any GEO is a plus)
Independent, remote-ready setup: equipment, documentation, and time management
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
