This role is all about finding new partners, scaling quality traffic, and maximizing results. If you’re hungry for performance and love working in the trenches with webmasters, arbitrage teams, and influencers — we want you on our side.

Your Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new RS and Hybrid affiliate partners across Uzbekistan

Build, manage, and grow relationships with webmasters and traffic sources

Negotiate custom deal terms, resolve issues, and provide day-to-day support

Drive affiliate performance — motivate partners to scale traffic and optimize ROI

Track traffic quality, detect fraud, and give detailed performance feedback

 Maintain affiliate statistics, reports, and improvement strategies

Reactivate dormant partners and expand your active portfolio

Engage in cold outreach on forums, chats, Telegram, and affiliate networks

Guide new affiliates from onboarding to full-scale traffic generation

What We Expect: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming or a related niche

Solid knowledge of key traffic sources: Telegram, YouTube, SEO, In-app, email marketing, etc.

Background in traffic arbitrage or running your own campaigns is a big plus

Experience in iGaming, betting, finance, or B2B verticals

A strong personal network of webmasters and media buyers

Excellent task prioritization and performance-driven mindset
