Affiliate Team Lead / Country Head — Turkey & Azerbaijan We’re searching for a strong leader to head up our affiliate marketing strategy across Turkey and Azerbaijan — two key Tier-1 markets. You’ll be in charge of building, managing, and scaling a high-performance affiliate department from the ground up.

Your Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead the affiliate marketing department for Turkey & Azerbaijan

Grow and optimize existing affiliate partnerships

Monitor traffic quality and detect fraudulent activity

Ensure KPIs are met and exceeded

Negotiate top-tier affiliate deals and payouts

Analyze campaign performance and optimize conversion funnels

Expand affiliate outreach across multiple brands and verticals

What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of experience as a Head of Affiliates or Senior Affiliate Manager

Deep knowledge of affiliate payout models: RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee

Strong analytical mindset with advanced Google Sheets and traffic analytics skills

Fluency in Turkish (C1–C2), English (B2–C1), and Russian

Excellent negotiation, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Bonus Points For: Proficiency in Azerbaijani (B2–C1)

An existing network of high-quality affiliate partners in Tier-1 markets

Salary: $1,500 – $3,000 + % of NGR Remote | Full-Time (UTC +2)

Influencer Marketing Manager We’re on the hunt for a creative and data-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to lead promotions via streamers, bloggers, media platforms, and more. You’ll be responsible for launching and managing high-impact influencer and media campaigns in the iGaming space.

Your Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, and OnlyFans creators

Collaborate with media agencies and negotiate iGaming-focused ad placements

Vet influencer credibility to avoid fake engagement or botted traffic

Build and execute media plans and influencer strategies

Manage campaign budgets, creatives, and reporting

Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities

What We’re Looking For: 6–12 months of iGaming industry experience

Proven experience in influencer marketing, media buying, or traffic arbitration

Solid understanding of key metrics: CPA, CPL, CTR, LTV, ROI, ROAS

Experience working with streamers, content creators, and media agencies

Fluency in Russian and English (B2–C1)

Bonus Points For: Pre-existing network of influencers/streamers in Turkey, Azerbaijan, or Uzbekistan

Proficiency in Turkish (B2–C1)
