Kenyan casino strengthens its gaming floor and back-end operations through a strategic technology upgrade with Euro Games Technology
Simba Casino, one of Nairobi’s established gaming and entertainment destinations, has completed a significant upgrade of its casino floor and operational infrastructure through the deployment of new products from Euro Games Technology (EGT). The move reflects the operator’s ongoing strategy to modernise its offering, improve operational efficiency and deliver a more engaging experience to its customers.
As part of the upgrade, Simba Casino has installed two of EGT’s latest General Series gaming cabinets: the G 50-50 C VIP and the G 55 C VIP. These cabinets are designed to combine premium build quality with modern aesthetics and advanced technical performance. They feature high-resolution displays and are equipped with a wide range of popular multigame packages, including the Red, Blue, Green and Fruits mixes, offering players a diverse selection of familiar and engaging titles.
The introduction of these cabinets allows Simba Casino to cater to different player preferences while maintaining strong visual appeal on the gaming floor. The General Series is known for its ergonomic design and immersive gameplay, elements that are increasingly important as casinos compete to retain customer attention in a more digitally influenced entertainment landscape.
Beyond the physical gaming equipment, Simba Casino has also implemented EGT’s Spider casino management system (CMS). The Spider CMS provides a comprehensive back-end solution that supports a wide range of operational functions, including accounting, reporting, security monitoring and player management. The system is designed to give casino operators greater visibility over floor performance while enabling more efficient day-to-day management.
The integration of the Spider CMS also opens opportunities for Simba Casino to introduce advanced features such as jackpot management, promotional tools and enhanced player engagement mechanisms. These capabilities allow the operator to make data-driven decisions and optimise both revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
Commenting on the installation, Simba Casino management highlighted EGT’s strong reputation across African gaming markets and noted that early performance indicators have validated the decision to partner with the supplier. EGT, for its part, emphasised the rapid popularity of the new cabinets among players and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting operators in Kenya with reliable, high-quality gaming solutions.
The project underscores EGT’s continued expansion across Africa and signals Simba Casino’s intent to remain competitive by investing in both player-facing technology and robust operational systems.
