What We’re Looking For:
2–3+ years of proven success in iGaming affiliate management
A track record of delivering results — your team should be driving at least $1M+ in monthly deposit volume
A strategic leader with the vision and execution skills to hire, mentor, and scale an affiliate team fast
Deep understanding of Revshare, Hybrid, CPA, and performance metrics
Strong analytical, negotiation, and partnership-building skills
Your Mission:
Build, lead, and optimize a high-performance affiliate department across multiple international markets
Identify and onboard top-tier partners, affiliates, and webmasters
Drive aggressive growth through data-driven strategies and partnership development
Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance
Deliver on KPIs and continuously scale revenue outcomes
