🔧 Your Role: Responsibilities As our Affiliate Manager for the Philippines market, you’ll be responsible for building, nurturing, and optimizing high-performing affiliate partnerships. You’ll play a vital role in expanding traffic, enhancing acquisition, and maximizing ROI.

Attract and onboard affiliates with existing or personal traffic sources (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA)

Promote and pitch compelling offers, overcome objections, and activate inactive partners

Track key performance metrics like FTD (First Time Deposits), LTV (Lifetime Value), ROI, and traffic quality

Segment affiliate base to improve retention, identify top performers, and reduce fraud risk

Continuously analyze and optimize affiliate performance through deep reporting and analytics

Collaborate with internal teams to align on offers, promotions, and creatives

Ensure affiliates comply with guidelines and maintain brand integrity

📌 What We’re Looking For: Requirements 2+ years proven experience in iGaming affiliate marketing

Fluent English (B2 level or above)

An existing affiliate base or strong past network — required

In-depth knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models

Solid understanding of CRM systems, tracking tools, and anti-fraud systems

Advanced skills in Google Sheets and reporting dashboards

CRM experience with platforms like Bitrix24, HubSpot, or similar

Strong knowledge of traffic sources, fraud detection, and affiliate segmentation
