Veteran gaming executive joins the company to lead innovation, content strategy, and global growth
Bragg Gaming continues to build momentum in 2025 with a major leadership appointment: Scott Milford has been named Executive Vice President of Group Content. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in both land-based and online gaming, Milford is now tasked with shaping and executing Bragg’s global content strategy, with a key focus on scaling innovation and strengthening the supplier’s position in the competitive iGaming space.
A Proven Leader in Gaming Innovation
Milford’s pedigree in gaming is significant. He spent 17 years at Aristocrat Leisure, one of the industry’s giants, where he played pivotal roles in game development, leadership, and strategy. His most recent position was Chief Product Officer at Pixel United, Aristocrat’s social casino arm. He also previously served as President and Managing Director of Aristocrat’s social gaming division, where he led global initiatives in gamification and user engagement. Earlier in his career, he gained further experience with Konami and Aruze Gaming in Australia.
In his new role at Bragg, Milford will drive the company’s content innovation and oversee the development and rollout of proprietary game mechanics and IP, such as the popular Connect & Collect feature. His expertise in managing large development teams and executing long-term creative strategies is expected to fuel Bragg’s ambition to stand out as a content leader in online casino gaming.
CEO Praises “Transformational Hire”
Bragg Gaming CEO Matevž Mazij welcomed Milford’s appointment with enthusiasm:
“Scott Milford is a transformational hire for Bragg. His vision, depth of expertise, and proven success in building global game development teams will help propel us into the next phase of our growth.”
Mazij also highlighted Milford’s role in doubling the company’s US game release cadence, which aligns with Bragg’s renewed focus on North American markets.
Part of a Broader Strategic Shift
Milford’s appointment follows Bragg Gaming’s strong Q1 2025 performance, where revenue rose 7.1% year-on-year to €25.5 million ($29.2 million). Notably, US revenue surged by 150%, signaling rapid growth in a key strategic market. His hiring also comes shortly after Holly Gagnon was named Chair of the Board in April, indicating a broader leadership refresh to support international ambitions.
Milford Sets Sights on Next-Gen Experiences
In his first statement as EVP, Milford expressed excitement for the road ahead:
“Bragg’s relentless focus on innovation and excellence is unlike anything I’ve seen. This is a company that doesn’t just follow trends – it sets them.”
He emphasized a commitment to building “next-gen online casino experiences” and pushing the boundaries of gamification and player engagement.
With Milford at the helm of content strategy, Bragg Gaming is signaling its intent to lead—not follow—in the global iGaming arena.
